The Wellness Program includes a Monthly Wellness Incentive, through which employees who use a Benelect medical plan can earn a $25 per month incentive if they complete:

- Biometric Screening Attestation Form*
- Dental Check-up/Cancer Screening Attestation Form
- Primary Care Provider Attestation Form
- Tobacco Attestation Form
In addition, the Wellness Program offers multi-week series in these categories:
- Physical Activity
- Nutrition and Weight Management
- Stress Management
- Tobacco Cessation
- Community Well-being
- Financial Well-being
- Sleep
- General Wellness
- Career Well-being
Participants can receive an additional $100 Wellness Program Incentive for each series completed, up to $200 annually. You must already be earning the Monthly Wellness Incentive to be eligible.
*Due to budget constraints, the Wellness Program no longer offers biometric screenings through Quest Diagnostics. If you have been a regular participant in the biometric screening process at the university, we encourage you to engage in this service with your primary care provider (PCP) going forward. CWRU employees who registered an online account with Quest Diagnostics by 9/30/25 can still access their past screening results by logging in at my.questforhealth.com.
