Marketing Internship for Gupii
Role Description
Gupii provides much needed capital to businesses to help fund their operations. This is especially critical to start-ups in their early years when they are needing to make payroll and fund critical business operations and much of their cash flow is constrained due to their client’s payment terms. Gupii helps businesses free up needed capital with our factoring services that use a tailored underwriting methodology to provide businesses with the immediate cash it needs based on the creditworthiness of their customers.
Finding businesses with these cash flow constraints in the digital age requires sophisticated digital marketing. The digital marketer is responsible for a large portion of the Gupii’s outreach to prospective customers. Gupii uses a host of tools including Linkedin and Kennected to find and contact prospective customers. The digital marketer is responsible for using these tools to make initial contact with prospects. Once a prospect has been identified and contacted, the digital marketer will pass the prospect off to Gupii salespeople to discuss the details of Gupii’s services.
A digital marketer should have, or be working towards, a bachelor's degree in marketing or business but they do not necessarily need to have several years of experience. The digital marketer should have the ability to manage their own time, work effectively remotely, and be ambitious and successful being a self-starter. They should also be able to coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns and provide proper handovers of qualified leads.

- Interest in executing digital marketing outreach campaigns
- Bachelor's degree or working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Proficient in working with software tools to drive digital marketing campaigns
- Must be able to multitask
