Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance provider, IMPACT Solutions, will offer a webinar titled “Mastering the Business of Workplace Etiquette” Thursday, June 2, at 11 a.m.
From basic manners to cultural differences and more, it's difficult to succeed without a certain awareness of etiquette in the workplace and what we don't know can hurt us. This session will identify common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Participants also will review strategies to help them leave a lasting impression.
