Medicine's Lindsay Malone offers advice on how much coffee is safe to drink

Drinking coffee may help you live longer and healthier, study finds

Health: Lindsay Malone, clinical dietitian and instructor at the School of Medicine, gave her recommendation on how much coffee a day is okay to drink. While a small to moderate amount of coffee has anti-inflammatory benefits, Malone noted that more than 400 milligrams of caffeine a day can cause inflammation.
