Fox 8: Paul Tesar, the Dr. Donald and Ruth Weber Goodman Professor of Innovative Therapeutics and director of the Institute for Glial Sciences, said Thomas Peterson’s $2.5 million gift will advance “innovative scientific ideas” to regenerate cells lost to multiple sclerosis. Tesar called Peterson “an inspiration” whose passion helps drive research toward new medicines that could transform patients’ lives.
