Participate in self-defense classes at CWRU
The Division of Public Safety at Case Western Reserve University is offering Universal Self-Defense, a three-week self-defense program to members of the campus community. Through guided exercises, each class will provide insight into how to deploy self-defense tactics against an aggressor and how to exit an unwanted situation safely.
Open to all ages and abilities, the first class will take place Friday, Oct. 2, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Veale Recreation Center Multi-purpose room.
