Justine Howe, assistant professor of religious studies, recently wrote a piece for The Immanent Frame, which is an interdisciplinary publication produced in conjunction with the Social Science Research Council’s program on Religion and the Public Sphere.
Howe’s piece, titled “What is scholarship good for?” explained the role scholars play in the discourse about Islam in America.
