Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine has received full accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) for the maximum eight-year term—ensuring that:
- CWRU students benefit from a nationally recognized, high-quality medical education; and
- Faculty members are supported with the standards and resources needed to strengthen academic programs.
This achievement follows an 18-month self-study process, a comprehensive data report and a three-day site visit earlier this year that included 21 meetings and a tour of the Health Education Campus.
The next accreditation survey is scheduled for the 2032–33 academic year.
