Kelvin Smith Library is accepting course reserves requests for the all 2026 semester.
The library provides course reserves for classes within the College of the Arts and Sciences, Case School of Engineering and Weatherhead School of Management. Accepted materials include books and audiovisual materials (DVDs, Blu-ray discs and CDs).
Submit course reserves requests via this form on the library’s website.
Course reserves staff recommend that requests be submitted by Monday, Aug. 10—two weeks before the first day of classes. All standard course reserves requests submitted by this date will be ready by the first day of classes, although there may be some exceptions. Requests submitted after this date will be processed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis and will require three to five business days for processing.
