The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) will continue to offer undergraduate and graduate teaching assistant training. The Office of the Provost requires training for TAs who will have direct or indirect interaction with students, including, but not limited to: recitations leaders, lab instructors/assistants, graders, etc.
Undergraduate training will be Jan. 26.
Policy guides, and further instructions are available on the UCITE website.
Faculty members are encouraged to inform their TAs about registration and the training requirement for the upcoming semester.
The cutoff date for makeup registration is Feb. 3.
