University Health and Counseling Services offering several suicide prevention training sessions this semester

University Health and Counseling Services will host several T.H.I.N.K suicide prevention training sessions throughout the spring semester.

T.H.I.N.K. (Talk. Help. Identify Signs. Navigate Resources. Kindly Refer.) is a suicide prevention training program to help people recognize warning signs and assist others who may be having suicidal thoughts.

Virtual sessions will be held:

  • Jan. 26 at 1 p.m.
  • Feb. 27 at noon
  • March 4 at noon
  • March 28 at noon
