Become a CWRU certified Mental Health Ally and gain skills in:

  • Recognizing signs of distress
  • How to engage in supportive conversations 
  • How to foster a culture of care at CWRU
  • How to identify a clear framework for decision making for next steps in seeking support and resources

CWRU's Mental Health Ally Training from UHCS, emphasizes prevention and self-care.

All CWRU Community members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
