Benefits confirmation statements have been posted on the Employee Self Service portal in HCM. Faculty and staff members who would like to view their confirmation should:
- Access the HCM system at case.edu/hcm.
- Sign in using your CWRU network ID and password.
- Go to the benefits details tile.
- Select “Benefit Statements” in the navigation menu.
- Click on the arrow next to submitted enrollment to view and/or print your benefit confirmation statement for 2023.
