Attend the 2026 Benefits & Wellness Fair

To help faculty and staff members make the best decisions for their health and wellness, the Department of Human Resources at Case Western Reserve University is hosting its 2026 Benefits & Wellness Fair: Thrive 200–Legacy of Wellbeing.

At this in-person fair, which will take place today (Nov. 4), from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom, attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet face-to-face with benefits vendors;
  • Participate in health screenings; and
  • Learn about university benefits.

Additionally, faculty and staff members can take advantage of:

  • Onsite health screenings and wellness services, including free flu vaccines, relaxing chair massages and other specialized health services;
  • Free oral health screenings performed by CWRU School of Dental Medicine students: Receive information on high-quality, on-campus dental services with fees approximately 40% lower than private practices. The first 100 employees to visit the table will receive a special goodie bag;
  • Apex skin checks: Get a free, up to 10-minute spot check of any skin areas of concern with a licensed provider. No insurance is required for this on-site screening;
  • Mental health and resilience workshop: Invest in your mental well-being by registering for the "Gratitude That Works: Practical Strategies for Well-being, Connection, and Resilience" workshop.
  • A virtual fair, which will take place through Nov. 6, featuring interactive vendor booths and online presentations to provide assistance during the start of Open Enrollment;

To register for a chair massage, sign up for the gratitude workshop, or explore further wellness resources, visit the Faculty & Staff Wellness webpage. And, be sure to log into your HCM portal and complete your enrollment choices via the Open Enrollment tile before the Nov. 20 deadline.
