Should Ohio switch to Central time if daylight saving time becomes permanent? 

cleveland.com: Michael Goldberg, professor at Weatherhead School of Management and associate vice president of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, said Ohio’s economy is accustomed to operating on East Coast time, making a switch to Central time difficult despite possible manufacturing benefits. He said businesses can adapt across time zones but sees no compelling economic case to justify the disruption.
