Wellness program presents “Mental Health Matters” series

Case Western Reserve University's Wellness Program is offering a 10-session series on a variety of mental health topics. The series is offered in partnership with the university's employee assistance program, IMPACT Solutions, and Avril Sargeant, an on-campus mental health support specialist.

Presentations will take place via Zoom, from noon to 1 p.m., on the following dates:

  • Thursday, April 7: “Understanding Mental Illness”
  • Monday, April 11: “Managing Change Effectively”
  • Monday, April 18: “The Disease of Addiction”
  • Wednesday, April 27: “Healthy Relationships”
  • Wednesday, May 4: “Stress Management: Arm Yourself with the Right Tools”
  • Wednesday, May 11: “Bullying in the Workplace”
  • Monday, May 16: “Helping Troubled Employees”
  • Monday, May 23: “Mindfulness at Work”
  • Wednesday, June 1: “On Campus Mental Health Resources”
  • Monday, June 6: “Self-Care Workshop”
