During this appointment, your four-year advisor in the Office of Undergraduate Advising Support will want to get to know YOU—your background, interests and goals; what you're excited for and what makes you nervous. They will work with you over these next few weeks to develop your first-semester schedule so that you are ready for course registration, which opens in late-November.
Prior to this appointment, we ask that you complete the Information for your Advisor Form on your Roadmap.
Appointments should be completed no later than Friday, November 15.
How to schedule:
- Proceed to My Journey: journey.case.edu. Sign in using your CWRU ID, passphrase and Duo Security two-factor authentication.
- Click the blue button that says “Schedule an Appointment.”
- Select your four-year advisor.
- Choose how you want to meet (Zoom video call is preferred).
- Pick a main topic for your conversation.
- Select the day and time that fits your schedule (you may have to click into the next month. Be aware times are listed in eastern time).
- You’re all set! You can even add comments and reschedule if needed directly in My Journey.
- A confirmation email will also be sent to your CWRU email.
