Any student, faculty, staff, or community member is welcome to shop at the CWRU Community Pantry! All are welcome.
We have perishable and shelf stable food items, hygiene products, and cleaning products. You can find grains, vegetables, fruits, protein, oils, spices, baking items, dairy products, beverages, soup, condiments, sauces, and snacks. We also have limited stock of diapers, baby wipes, tampons, pads, body wash, deodorant, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and other hygiene products.
Walk-In Hours: Open for Fall starting August 24th. Open Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. We will be closed for Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, and any other University closures. Our last day open for Fall will be December 4th.
Location: Carlton Commons (11892 Carlton Road). Free parking is available by Sigma Chi House in the designated parking spots. If you do not have CWRU ID Card Access, please buzz the buzzer and we will let you in!
We greatly appreciate our partners who allow the CWRU Community Pantry to thrive. These partners include Greater Cleveland Food Bank who provides nutritious food resources; Goods Bank who provides hygiene and cleaning products; Project MKC who provides diapers, menstrual products, and baby wipes; and Swipe Out Hunger.
Mobile Food Pantry
Come get free fresh produce and learn about SNAP, Swipe Out Hunger, and other basic needs resources. Hosted at KSL Oval on September 15, 2026 from 1:30pm until all food is distributed.
