Defining Disability

ADA defines disability as – Any physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities. 

Under this definition, a major life activity includes: breathing, seeing, walking, eating, talking, learning, hearing, concentrating, and thinking, as well as impairments of majorly bodily functions and systems.
