On November 16, 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives declared a week in April as "Undergraduate Research Week." The Council for Undergraduate Research (CUR) designates one week in April each year as Undergraduate Research Week.
To celebrate, Case Western Reserve University organizes events to honor and recognize the phenomenal undergraduate research done by undergraduate students. This year, Undergraduate Research Week will occur April 17 - April 21, 2023.
