The 2007 meeting in Cleveland will take the shape of a working conference on Image and Imagination in the Visual and Verbal Arts. 2006 session in Chicago, Illinois focused on: The 2005 session featured a session on Memory and American Masculinity. The 2004 featured a session on "Cultures of Exhibition". The program remains available for the 2003 MMLA program in Chicago on "New Histories of Writing."
