Division of Engineering Leadership and Professional Practice

The Division of Engineering Leadership and Professional Practice (DELPP) connects students with opportunities to integrate the fundamentals from the classroom into the real world. A variety of intentionally designed programs with specific missions in mind give you a chance to apply your engineering talents across disciplines, across the campus and beyond.

DELPP Programs

Whether students are interested in dual-degree programs, study abroad, professional development or other supports, DELPP is here to help. Programs facilitated through DELPP include:

  • The Co-op Program, which provides students with hands-on, paid work experiences;
  • The Peer Advising Program, which pairs underclass students with peers to gain insights on major and minor selection, course requirements, research placements and more;
  • Student groups, ranging from those focused on rockets and coding to amateur radio;
  • And more!
