The Campus & Community Play Date is a FREE family-friendly community event with free food, live music, arts and crafts, games, and community history discussions--all featuring community residents and community-based businesses and organizations.
The goal of the event is to bring together the CWRU campus community (students, faculty, and staff) with residents from Cleveland and East Cleveland neighborhoods that surround our campus.
Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 1-4 PM
East Bell Commons, 11610 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106
East Bell Commons, is located on Case Western Reserve University's campus at the corner of East Boulevard and Bellflower Road, next to the Cleveland Museum of Art and a short walk from Wade Oval. (Formerly the home of the Cleveland Institute of Art).
The Campus Community Play Date is free to attend and there will be free food from Slammin Sammy’s BBQ and Dressed to Kale!
Registration is not required to attend, but it helps us know how much food to bring, so please RSVP here! (link RSVP page)
Attendees may also register in person on the day of the event to receive their complimentary meal ticket.

Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets in order to make yourself comfortable while listening to all the great performers!
While you are welcome to bring outside food and drinks, alcoholic beverages are not permitted at East Bell Commons. This is a family-friendly event, so if you wouldn’t bring it to a school function, don’t bring it to the Campus and Community Play Date!
In the event of severe or inclement weather, the Campus and Community Play Date will be canceled.
