To Our International Students:
At Case Western Reserve University, we recognize that the pandemic continues to create challenges for you, including your ability to secure a visa. The staff at CWRU’s Office of International Student Services (ISS) wants to do all that they can to support you during these challenging times. To give you the best assistance possible—and, ultimately, provide accurate information in our required reports to the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)—we need your help.
Beginning later this week, and throughout the course of the summer, ISS will be in touch via email to provide you the opportunity to keep us informed of your visa situation. The emails will include access to a quick survey that asks the same questions—that is by design. We ask that you fill out the survey each time you receive it in an email, even if your circumstances have not changed. Your response to the bi-weekly survey is critical to ISS’s ability to effectively serve all new and returning students and accurately maintain student records based on SEVP guidance.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and timely responses to these messages.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact ISS at international@case.edu. They will be available throughout the summer and, like all of us at CWRU, look forward to working with you in the fall.
Best Regards,
Marielena
