Research Interest
Dr. Sriram Subramaniam’s Lab at UBC explores structural biology, AI, and drug design using cryo-EM to accelerate therapeutic development through interdisciplinary research. Dr. Subramaniam also leads PROGENITER, a nationally recognized program for rapid antibody engineering against viral diseases. PROGENITER, as part of Canada’s Immuno-Engineering and Biomanufacturing Hub (CIEBH), supports the nation’s strategy for rapid pandemic response and biomanufacturing.
