Research Interest

Dr. Sriram Subramaniam’s Lab at UBC explores structural biology, AI, and drug design using cryo-EM to accelerate therapeutic development through interdisciplinary research. Dr. Subramaniam also leads PROGENITER, a nationally recognized program for rapid antibody engineering against viral diseases. PROGENITER, as part of Canada’s Immuno-Engineering and Biomanufacturing Hub (CIEBH), supports the nation’s strategy for rapid pandemic response and biomanufacturing.

At the symposium, we had a keynote lecture by Dr. Sriram Subramaniam - University of British Columbia, as well as insightful presentations from our own CCMSB members. Attendees were also treated to a presentation on Cryo-ET advancements by Thermo Fisher Scientific, engaging poster flash talks, and comprehensive poster presentations.
