Take a break from the hectic schedule of a neurology residency. During the second year of training, residents return to the classroom for a six-week course in the neurosciences at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine's newly constructed Health Education Campus. This is one of the truly unique aspects of the Case Neurology Residency program. During the course, the resident attends a half-day session each day in neuroanatomy, neurobiology, and clinical neurology. In addition, residents also act as teachers and facilitators, as they help direct small group and laboratory sessions. This experience is an excellent review of the neurosciences.
