Multilingual Writing and Grammar Workshops

Writer-in-Residence Program

A visiting language expert provides insights on grammar and usage, leads mini-lessons and works with students to improve written and spoken precision. This event typically occurs once per year, rotating among the DMLL languages.
Annual Writing Competition
Students submit written work in one or more target languages, with winners recognized for clarity, style and language mastery. The competition typically takes place once per year, with a rotating language focus.
Annual Speaking Competition
Students demonstrate oral proficiency in their target languages, evaluated on fluency, grammar and clarity. This competition typically occurs once per year, rotating languages each year.
