Biomedical engineering’s Anant Madabhushi co-authors new breast cancer diagnosis guidelines

Anant Madabhushi, the F. Alex Nason Professor II of Biomedical Engineering and director of the Center for Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostics, was one of the authors of a paper that developed new pathology guidelines for accurate testing for breast cancer diagnosis for the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Titled “Quantitative Image Analysis of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Immunohistochemistry for Breast Cancer,” the paper was written by a number of expert researchers on behalf of CAP.
