Join colleagues for a new walking program
This summer, the Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will launch Summertime, a new physical activity challenge inspired by the creators of Walktober and Go Gold.
Running June 8 through Aug. 2, this program encourages benefits-eligible CWRU faculty and staff to stay active by tracking movement through a connected fitness device, app or the platform’s built-in tracker, which converts exercise minutes into steps. Participants can earn virtual fireflies, join teams, interact on discussion boards, answer poll questions and access more than 200 healthy recipes. Registration and team formation close June 15.
