The Take a Hint Challenge is an email-based wellness program that reminds faculty and staff that small changes can make a big impact on their overall health.
Each week in June, participants will receive an email with three healthy hints to try over the next seven days. The Take a Hint Challenge runs from June 5 to 30.
Examples include:
- Achieving seven to nine hours of sleep;
- Planning work day stretch breaks; and
- Including whole grains in your daily intake.
