FAA says flight cuts will stay at 6% because more air traffic controllers are coming to work

ABC News: Eric Chaffee, the John C. Hutchins Professor of Law, said airlines face “complex hurdles” in rebuilding schedules set months in advance, meaning holiday travel won’t rebound quickly. Flight cuts at major U.S. airports will remain around 6% as staffing and aircraft placements slowly recover after the shutdown.
