Abortion opponents continue fight against Ohio's 2023 reproductive rights amendment
Statehouse News Bureau: Jessie Hill, professor and director of the Reproductive Rights Law Initiative at the School of Law, said the lawsuits challenging Ohio’s 2023 reproductive rights amendment show the amendment “is working.” Hill called the legal arguments meritless and said opponents are turning to courts to weaken voter-approved abortion protections.
