WEWS: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, said it’s unusual for the Ohio Supreme Court to delay ruling on Judge Timothy Grendell’s misconduct case. “It’s in everybody’s interest for the court to be careful and to make the right decision, whatever that turns out to be," he said, noting that the prolonged delay frustrates families and officials.
