Register for the “Courageous & Future-Ready: A Leadership Series for Thriving Amidst Change and Complexity” series

In an era of rapid change, many employees—whether supervising teams, leading projects or influencing outcomes informally—feel pulled in divergent directions and things feel harder than ever. This increases stress and burnout, erodes communication and fractures trust, resulting in feelings of being stuck reacting rather than leading.

To help Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members show up and thrive as leaders in all areas of life, the Wellness Program will host “Courageous & Future-Ready: A Leadership Series for Thriving Amidst Change and Complexity,” a nontraditional leadership training.

Throughout this multi-session series, participants will learn how to:

  • Recognize the subconscious patterns that sabotage effectiveness;
  • Navigate adaptive (not just technical) challenges;
  • Lead with greater courage, clarity and emotional intelligence;
  • Build resilient, human-centered teams; and
  • Strengthen their own career well-being while supporting others.

Each session will blend research-based insights, reflection, real-world application and interactive exercises to equip leaders at all levels to navigate change with courage, authenticity and sustainable effectiveness.

The series will take place Tuesdays, June 2 to Aug. 4, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
