Forbes: Brandon Cornuke, an adjunct professor in the Department of Design and Innovation at Weatherhead School of Management, said that many companies pour vast amounts of time and money into a piece of technology that, while innovative, doesn’t solve any problems for intended customers and ultimately fails as a result.
