Parcel I is located between E. 105th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The path leading to the Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center at The Temple - Tifereth Israel passes beside the Chinese Cultural Garden.
Parcel II is the hillside to the west of The Cleveland Museum of Art, leading over Doan Brook Creek to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The gentle slope with wide steps, named Toby’s Terrace, also functions as an amphitheater.
Parcel III is the Fine Arts Garden located in front of The Cleveland Museum of Art. The garden extends south to Euclid Avenue and is bordered by East Boulevard. It features the “Fountain of Waters," statues including “The Thinker” and a picturesque view of Wade Lagoon.
Parcel IV is located outside of the Tinkham Veale University Center, just off East Boulevard. Often used as a playing field for the university’s intramural sport programs, the field itself sits overtop a parking garage.
