Parcel II is the hillside to the west of The Cleveland Museum of Art, leading over Doan Brook Creek to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The gentle slope with wide steps, named Toby’s Terrace, also functions as an amphitheater.

Parcel III is the Fine Arts Garden located in front of The Cleveland Museum of Art. The garden extends south to Euclid Avenue and is bordered by East Boulevard. It features the “Fountain of Waters," statues including “The Thinker” and a picturesque view of Wade Lagoon.
