As of September 12, 2025, all CEU certificates from CEBP and SUD COE are being issued through Certifier, a trusted certificate management platform. Please review the details below on how the system works:
Receiving Your CEU Certificate
- CEU certificates are sent 2-4 weeks after each training.
- You will receive an email from no-reply@certifier.io (not a case.edu address).
- Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear.
- The email will include our center name and the training title, as well as our logo and colors for easy identification.
- Click the “View Credential” button in the email to open and download your certificate.
- Note: You are still responsible for submitting your certificate to CE Broker if required.
Accessing Your CEU Certificate Storage
- All certificates issued for trainings on or after September 12, 2025 will be stored in Certifier.
- To retrieve them, visit app.certifier.io/retrieve-credentials and enter your email address to have your certificates sent to you.
- If certificates are missing, try entering any other email addresses you use.
- If issues persist, contact cebp-admin@case.edu.
Requesting Your Previous CEU Certificates
- Certificates from trainings prior to September 12, 2025 will not appear in Certifier.
- Please email cebp-admin@case.edu if you need a copy of a previous certificate.
