Drop-In Hours

New Spring 2025 Students:
In-Person Drop-Ins on Friday, January 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You are welcome to drop by the Undergraduate Advising Support Office (UAS) to speak with your four-year advisor if you have lingering questions about your schedule - these drop-ins are not required.

Drop-ins are designed to be short (5-10 minutes), so if your question is more extensive, you can schedule an appointment via journey.case.edu. It is essential that you meet with your pre-major advisor before visiting UAS. Once classes begin, you will receive a separate email invitation to schedule a 30-minute meeting with your four-year advisor.

Drop-in hours are an open, welcoming space where current undergraduate students can drop-in for a quick chat with a four-year advisor.

Four-year advisor drop-in hours are typically used for general questions and recommendations and are designated to be 15 minutes or less. In general, we recommend scheduling with your four-year advisor in My Journey or reaching out to them via email for the most personalized support.

Drop-ins can be accessed remotely via Zoom (link below) or in-person in Sears 340.

Drop-in hours are great for quick questions. Here are a few topics that drop-in hours are well-suited for:

• Troubleshooting SIS and registration
• General schedule recommendations and advising

Regular Drop-In Schedule

Drop-ins are available every weekday. Please note, all times listed below are in U.S. Eastern time.

• Monday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
