Alumni Association staff will also be monitoring the homecominghelp@case.edu email account throughout the weekend.

Will there be shuttles?

Yes! Shuttles will be running on a loop throughout the weekend. Check back here at a later date for a shuttle map and schedule.

Where should I stay?

Hotels within University Circle book quickly for homecoming weekend. Please call early for the best availability. Visit TravelServices for more information and specific hotel rates.

Where should I park?

Parking will be pay-as-you-go. Because of the variety of parking garages, metered spaces, and surface lots available on campus, visitors can pay to park wherever is most convenient for them. Additionally, several events, like the Homecoming Alumni Awards Luncheon, offer complimentary valet. Find a detailed visitor parking map here.

What should I wear?

Attire is casual unless otherwise specified in your registration confirmation. We encourage packing a mix of casual spirit clothing and at least one business outfit. Don't forget - Cleveland's weather in October can be unpredictable!

The University Bookstore (11434 Uptown Ave.) is the best place to purchase your CWRU branded items. For specific hours, consult their website for the most up-to-date schedule. Make sure to bring your homecoming badge as you may be eligible for a special discount.

Can I utilize any of CWRU's fitness facilities over the weekend?

Guests have complimentary access to the Veale Convocation, Recreation, and Athletic Center (2158 Adelbert Road) which is outfitted with a weight room, cardio room, swimming pool, and more.
