Where can I get assistance during homecoming weekend?

Visit one of our help desks! CWRU staff members are available at Tinkham Veale University Center and Linsalata Alumni Center. Whether you need special accommodations, directions to your next destination or want to be greeted by a friendly face, visit a help desk for all your needs.

Alumni Association staff will also be monitoring the homecominghelp@case.edu email throughout the weekend.

Will there be shuttles?

Yes! Shuttles will be running on a loop throughout the weekend. View shuttle routes and stops.

What should I wear?

Attire is casual unless otherwise specified in your confirmation. We encourage packing a mix of casual spirit clothing and at least one business outfit. Don't forget—Cleveland's weather in November can be cold and unpredictable.

Where should I stay?

University Circle hotels book quickly for homecoming weekend. Please call early for the best availability. Visit Travel Services for more information and specific hotel rates, and please note that the listed rates are based on availability.

Where should I park?

Weekend parking passes for Garage S-46 (DiSanto Field) and Cleveland Clinic’s P1 Parking Garage are available for purchase. Purchase parking as a part of your homecoming registration.

CWRU Garage S-46 parking pass

This parking pass is valid for the following parking garage only, beginning Thursday, Nov. 14, through Sunday, Nov. 17.

  • Garage S-46 (Village at E. 118th): Thursday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m.–noon

Overnight parking is not permitted and this pass is not valid at any other garage or lot on campus.* This parking pass will get you in and out of Garage 46 (DiSanto Field) throughout homecoming weekend. There is a shuttle stop outside of Garage 46, and shuttles will be looping throughout the weekend to get you where you need to go.

*You might be used to parking at other parking lots/garages while visiting campus, and you still can, but parking would be pay-as-you-go. Follow directions on the posted signage at whichever respective lot/garage you choose. Note that some homecoming events offer complimentary valet parking. If that is the case, you will be notified in your confirmation email.
