Check-in will be held at the Tinkham Veale University Center, with satellite locations at the Health Education Campus (Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion) and the Frank N. and Jocelyne K. Linsalata Alumni Center. Check-in hours are:

Tinkham Veale University Center and Linsalata Alumni Center

  • Thursday, Oct. 12: noon–7 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 13: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 14, 2022: 8 a.m.–1 p.m.

Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion

  • Friday, Oct. 13: 6:30–10:30 a.m. and 1–5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 14: 8:30 a.m.–noon

Check in to receive your name badge and a special gift. Wear your name badge on campus at all times, as it grants admission to your selected events.

The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is offering a discounted CWRU rate for October 12–15. Be sure to tell them you're in town for homecoming weekend. The Tudor Arms offers complimentary shuttle service by request within two miles of the hotel.

Weekend parking passes are available for purchase through homecoming registration.

CWRU Garage and Surface Lot Parking Pass

This parking pass is valid for the following lots and garages, beginning Thursday, Oct. 12, through Sunday, Oct. 15. Hours for each location are detailed below.

Overnight parking is not permitted and this pass is not valid at any other garage or lot on campus. A separate parking pass for Cleveland Clinic's P1 Parking Garage is available for purchase.

*You may only exit Garage S-29 on East Blvd.

Cleveland Clinic Parking Validation Cards

Valid only for Cleveland Clinic's P1 Parking Garage. The garage is accessible 24/7 from Thursday, Oct. 12, through Sunday, Oct. 15. You may only enter and exit via the east side of the garage on East 93rd St.

Two validation cards are provided with each purchase. Individual validation cards are required for each exit of the garage. A card allows for up to a maximum of eight continuous hours of parking.

Purchasers will need to pick up validation cards upon arrival at check-in or reach out to homecominghelp@case.edu to arrange an alternative pick up method.

Attire is casual unless otherwise specified in your confirmation. We encourage packing a mix of casual spirit clothing and at least one business outfit. Don't forget—Cleveland's weather in October can be unpredictable.

When planning Case Western Reserve University’s first full-fledged homecoming since 2019, organizers seized the opportunity to reimagine some of the events. This included a bigger and more ambitious opening night celebration, a pregame party instead of a parade, and a free Saturday night homecoming concert with singer and rapper Sean Kingston on East Bell Commons, co-sponsored by the University Program Board and Office of Student Activities and Leadership.
