Scope: New nutrition teaching kitchen on the first floor of the Robbins Building
Total project area = 3,000 gross square feet
Instructors will teach up to 48 students in residential cooking techniques on domestic type equipment. This includes range top cooking, baking in the oven, nutritional food preparation and other cooking techniques, in the manner of a residential kitchen.
