Scope of Project: The renovation of the existing third floor of the 11000 Cedar Ave building. This renovation will provide laboratory, office, meeting, and collaboration space for the Human Fusion Institute. The project will encompass approximately 22,000 square feet of the third floor to include specialized program components such as a large robotics test arena, advanced technology presentation space, and a water tank for testing submersible devices.
