Joining CWRU EMS

CWRU EMS accepts all students, faculty, and university staff at Case Western Reserve University who are interested in prehospital care. You do not need to hold any certifications or experience to apply.*** If you are interested in joining our organization, check out our different levels of membership: General Membership and Clinical Membership. All members are welcome to attend our weekly Monday meetings, including Squad Education and Training (SET) and Operations and Planning (OPs)! The location may vary, please refer to our CampusGroups, weekly newsletter, or Instagram account for the most up-to-date information and times.

***Note: If you already have your NREMT and plan to join CWRU EMS through Reciprocity, you must ensure that you have a current AHA BLS CPR certificate, which is necessary to serve as a responder in addition to your EMT license.
