What is 200 Days, 200 Conversations?
As part of a broader effort to amplify employees’ voices, we are launching a “listening tour” across the CWRU campus in April 2026. Over several months, we will engage in 1-on-1 conversations with 200 faculty and staff representing a cross section of the university. These conversations aim to discover what employees appreciate about working here, how they see our campus community embodying our core values, and the dreams they have for the future of CWRU.
Why 200 conversations? Well, it is both a nod to CWRU's Bicentennial and a large enough group to allow us to hear from faculty and staff from across our campus community.
