The Engaged Leaders Academy is a ten-month cohort experience offered to 28 faculty and staff who want to explore how they might be more resonant and connected leaders.
The program guides participants on a journey of discovery through conversations, readings, presentations, and experiences that provide opportunities for growth and learning and exposure to many resources on the CWRU campus and the Great Cleveland community.
Participants meet once a month for two hours over the course of the Academy to build relationships, learn from and with one another, and engage with CWRU and community partners. The Academy concludes with graduation in November.
