Funding Request

To foster the spirit of collaboration, the Office for Campus Enrichment and Engagement (OCEE) is excited to offer an opportunity to request funding from OCEE to support campus wide events, initiatives and programs that foster meaningful connections, collaborations and community across campus.

While OCEE would be happy to support every request submitted, a number of factors must be considered. The office budget and available funds can fluctuate based on the amount of money allowed to organizations in the previous semester and remaining budget. If you have any questions, please email Keli Bryant, at ktb62@case.edu

The Process

Funding Requests can be submitted by any recognized organization.
Organizations may request funding for collaborative events involving two or more organizations. Only one form is needed to be submitted for collaborative funding.

Funding requests can be submitted for single-organization events.

  • Requests for funding must be submitted through the funding request form available on CampusGroups.
  • Once submitted, OCEE will review all requests and all request documents such as budget sheets.
  • After review, organizations will be notified of funding decisions via the email address provided on the form.

Funding Guidelines

Funding decisions are made by the office. A request for funding submitted does not guarantee any funding outcome. These are expenses for events and activities held on-campus that further the purpose of the organization and the University.

Rules and Criteria

Each proposal/ request is evaluated on its merits and taken on a case-by-case basis. Request is reviewed based on a number of factors including, but not limited to funding that will:

  • Engagement of the broader CWRU community.
  • Educate and inform the CWRU community.
  • Encourage and foster a welcoming, respectful and understanding environment for the CWRU community.
  • Promote the University's mission, vision and or values.
