Sheron Henry-Smith earned her bachelor of arts degrees in sociology and psychology from Case Western Reserve University. She earned her masters degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University.
Sheron was a member of the track and field team for three years and was captain of the team during her senior year at Case. She was involved with NYSP during her undergraduate years and participated even after graduating. She has continued to be involved with NYSP, dedicating her time and hard work to the advancement of the program.
Sheron is committed to empowering people to achieve their personal best through counseling, exercise, wellness, and attitude. Her passion to be part of the process of change in others has motivated her to gain extensive education in the field of social services.
