David Rosenfeldt joined the Office of General Counsel in 2023. His practice areas include student affairs, Title IX, disability resource, litigation oversight, and other higher education legal issues. Prior to joining Case Western Reserve University's Office of General Counsel, David served as an attorney in the Office of Legal Services at Cuyahoga Community College for over eight years. David earned a B.A. from the University of Dayton, cum laude, and his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
