Research Information
Research Interests
Our group integrates protein engineering, cell engineering, and quantitative in vivo imaging to create new therapeutic and diagnostic platforms for cancer. This work has produced clinically compatible molecular imaging agents and engineered T‑cell products that have advanced into clinical trials. Two additional engineered T‑cell programs from the laboratory are progressing toward first‑in‑human studies. We also develop nanobody‑based PET imaging agents, radiopharmaceuticals, and pretargeted radiotherapy approaches.
